Most quiet cubes can be woken up in a few seconds. Try these first; if the cube still will not click, the store you bought from will put it right.
| What you notice | Try this | Still not right? |
|---|---|---|
| A cube repels another on one face | Tap it firmly on the table or give it a quarter turn so the inner magnet flips | Order page at the store |
| A cube joins weakly or slides off | Wipe both faces; sand or crumbs between cubes weaken the hold | Order page at the store |
| You hear rattling inside a cube | Nothing to try: a loose magnet is a fault | Stop using it, contact the store |
| A shell is cracked or split | Nothing to try: remove it from play | Contact the store for a replacement |
| Fewer cubes than the box says | Check the bag seams and the booklet sleeve | Order page at the store |
How a return works
Open your orders at the partner store, choose the Apluses set and follow its return or replacement steps. The store decides the return window, tells you whether a label or a drop-off is needed and sends the refund or the new set.
Safety first: a cracked cube or a loose magnet goes out of reach straight away, even before the replacement arrives.
Wear that is just love
Scuffed corners and fine scratches on clear shells come with daily building. A damp cloth brings most of the shine back, and the click is unaffected.
